The original Jagged Alliance, JA: Deadly Games, JA2 and JA2: Unfinished Business comes as part of the Classic Pack, which is in English and in full support of Windows 7.
The Jagged Alliance Classic Packs would be sent out a few weeks after the Kickstarter ends, with backers who pledged $5 and over receiving them via Humble Bundle.

There are 23 days left on the Jagged Alliance: Flashback campaign and so far almost 2,600 backers have pledged over $105k, with the Kickstarter achieving success if $350k is raised.
