The Cutthroat is, according to Privateer Press, ”one of Jarok Croe’s personally trained killers, the Cutthroat is a stealthy predator whose poisoned weapons strike silently and without mercy. The Cutthroat will work for Khador, Cryx and the Protectorate.”
Privateer Press also laid out the next stretch goal at the $1.174M mark, the Warcasters of Apotheosis. ”Each of these warcaster characters is larger than life and packed full of flavor,” described the developer, ”They are ambitious creations from an art and development process, and we’re excited by the prospect that we may get to see them in Warmachine: Tactics. From the massive powered armor of Darius that can deploy miniature half-jacks across the battlefield, to the titanic dragon-winged Lich Lord Terminus, no warcasters in the Warmachine setting have compared in scale before or since these characters stormed onto the scene.”
The developer update also teased that ”a mystery bonus feature” would be included for the single player campaign.
Warmachine: Tactics is a turn-based tactical combat game based on the tabletop game of the same name. Gamers interested in checking out the Kickstarter page can visit it here.
