Crytek’s free-to-play online shooter Warface has received a new update, titled Nevada Storm. It adds three new maps, as well as various improvements to gameplay.
The new maps take place (you guessed it) in Nevada. ‘Airbase’ and ‘Streetwars’ are straightforward Team Deathmatch levels, while ‘Quarry’ offers a new Capture the Flag venue.
There’s good news for players too rubbish to actually kill people, too. There’s now points for kill assists, so you can earn a decent score while someone else does most of the hard work. A new batch of items has also been added to the game’s shop. This is a free-to-play game after all.
Finally, there’s a bunch of performance improvements and bug fixes. Players can also try out the game’s four classes from the start without having to pay to unlock them. Check the website for full patch notes.
