While there’s no live video of the upcoming Homeworld Remastered in action, developer Gearbox Software did at least have some screenshots during their PAX Australia panel.
Studio boss Randy Pitchford was leading the presentation and did say they’ve included most modern effects into the Remastered version, which they plan to release in February 2015.
They did briefly tease a slither of the recreated cinematic to Homeworld before moving onto the screenshots. This is a remake of the original games created by Relic, who have since dug themselves into the Company of Heroes trenches, and the Warhammer IP.
