Several screenshots purported to be from Just Cause 3 have emerged on Xbox Underground. They’re supposedly from an early Xbox One debug build, and are heavily watermarked.
You can’t draw too many conclusions from unofficial screen grabs of course, but there are what look suspiciously like free to play elements on display…
Just Cause 3 hasn’t even been officially announced yet, but given the success of Just Cause 2 it’s seemingly a no-brainer that developer Avalanche Studios will return the open world action series at some point.
Those potential free to play elements - there’s a section on the screenshot in the top left that features a ‘Buy More’ credits option and item trials - might worry fans of the franchise so far.
