The latest episode of the subscriber-backed Wingman’s Hangar gives us a tour of their swanky new digs, resplendent with IKEA furnishings. Star Citizen has multiple studios.
The Austin team have been struggling to find an ideal office space for months and had previous bids fall through, but now they’ve finally got room to grow.
Chris Roberts himself is primarily situated at their Los Angeles studio, but Cloud Imperium Games has additional sites in Canada and the UK, as well as outsourced help. Until now the Austin team have been unable to grow their team because of the severe lack of space.
When this latest Wingman’s Hangar episode was shot they had just been in the new office for only a few hours, and it’s for that reason it’s just 13 minutes long unlike the usual half hour or so. Check it out below.
