Deadalic has announced a new title to be released in time to kick off 2015, the stone age adventure Fire. Playing as neanderthal Ungh, your job is to to go out into the prehistoric wilderness and discover the secret of fire.
Fittingly for a game about cavemen, there’s no written words in Fire. It’s pure visual story-telling, and you’ll have to work out the game’s quirky puzzles by clicking on items and observing your stone age hero’s reaction.
“The urge to explore has no limits in FIRE – a click on every object triggers a reaction from Ungh or his surroundings – and with a bit of logic players can get closer to the puzzle’s solution,” explains Daedalic.
“For example, some locations can be visited at day and night – a click on the sun or the moon is enough to change the time of the day, which not only influences the lighting conditions, but also the behavior of the creatures.”
Fire is set for release on January 6 next year. The budget adventure is currently available for 10% off on Steam.
