Turtle Rock’s monster-hunting co-op game Evolve is now available to pre-order. Orders made with participating retailers will net you the Monster Expansion Pack.
Said pre-order pack gives you a new skin for the Savage Goliath monster, as well as a new ‘monster character’ to be made available post-launch.
”Evolve’s co-op vs. lone wolf formula has created some of the most intense multiplayer matches we’ve ever experienced.” Said design director Chris Ashton in a press statement, adding ”As our first new IP for next-gen systems, 2K is working with Turtle Rock Studios to deliver a game that’s instantly entertaining and impossible to put down.”
Evolve follows on from Turtle Head’s previous co-op experience, Left 4 Dead. This time, rather than facing a horde of monsters, you’re set against one single creature that can evolve into a variety of deadly new forms. Choosing from several classes, players will have to take down the alien killer.
It’s coming sometime in Autumn 2014.
