Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami’s new horror game, The Evil Within, has just been given a release date by publisher Bestheda. It’s out this August 26th in North America and on the 29th in Europe.
Bethesda took over developer Tango Gameworks, which was founded by Mikami-san in 2010. We play as Detective Sebastian Castellanos in this survival horror nightmare.
The Evil Within releases on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One and PS4 this August. Castellanos is the lone survivor of a massacre of his colleagues, and now he’s trapped in a deranged world.
