The fixed-perspective, on-rails shooter Rambo: The Video Game has just been given a new gameplay reel showcasing different sections of the ‘early 2014’ game. It’ll give you arcade light-gun flashbacks.
It’s also harbouring many a QTE event with timing everything to max out your score. You simply have a gun you point and fire - that’s pretty much Rambo: The Video Game.
There’s no skulking in the forest avoiding the sheriff’s deputies, unleash you count waiting to hit a button at just the right time for that ‘perfect’ score.
Think: House of the Dead but with police, Vietnamese or Russians at the mercy of our shooty cursor.
Rambo: The Video Game releases on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in early 2014. It’s developed by Teyon and published by Reef Entertainment. It’s based off the first three Rambo movies.
