Wolfenstein: The New Order, launched this week, has been censored in Germany due to laws on the depiction of Nazi imagery. Eurogamer have posted a new video showing what the main differences are between censored and non-censored versions.
The German government doesn’t classify games as art, meaning that unlike films or TV, they aren’t allowed to display Nazi imagery. Instead in Wolfenstein we get ‘The Regime’. Who just happen to dress exactly like Nazis.
The video remains spoiler-free in case you’re worried.
