Developer Untold Games has announced Loading Human which is described as ”Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind meets Monkey Island in virtual reality,” where we play a man reliving his memories.
That’s so we can transfer ourselves into the body of a robot - simple science really. Untold have released a gameplay trailer for their VR headset and motion-tracking adventure.
You would combine the likes of the Oculus Rift headset with motion-based controllers Sixense STEM and Razer Hydra. We’d use our hands to interact with the world directly.
”The advances in VR and motion-sensor technology have allowed us to create a new level of immersion with Loading Human, and we are excited to provide a glimpse of what awaits players when they experience life through André Gibson’s eyes, hands and movements,” said Game Designer and Art Director, Flavio Parenti.
Loading Human releases on PC and Mac later this year, supporting both VR headset Oculus Rift as well as a standard screen with a motion-based controller attached.
