Just to prove their game’s not all about desert maps and flat, snowy Russian wastelands, Obsidian is introducing a tropical island paradise in Armored Warfare’s Early Access 5 stage.
After all, what vacation resort couldn’t be improved by a bunch of maniacs in tanks riding roughshod all over it?
The Lost Island is set on a Pacific island that’s become the battleground for different factions fighting over its rare resources in the fun and not-at-all depressing hellscape that is the early 2030s. It’s dotted with destroyed relics of WW2, and is genrally split into three zones; the left hand side is a congested zone of winding roads that’s designed with light vehicles in mind; the middle is a more open ground perfect for heavy tanks, while the right side is a water-logged clearing dotted with small bits of cover.
