Madrid-based developer DragonJam Studios has announced that their kart-style racer Wincars Racer, formerly titled Formula Wincars, will be starting its closed beta on 18 November 2015.
The game differentiates itself from other kart racers in that it removes the randomness found in most of them like power-ups. Instead, the game has each player owning three skills which need to cool down or collect coins t activate. ”This system is inspired in MOBA games and extends the strategic options that the player can control,” notes the developer.
The other game features include:
- Online multiplayer mode and Time Attack mode, for one player.
- 11 cars with different driving styles with more than 120 alternative skins.
- 6 drivers with a specific and unique skill.
- Ten circuits with alternative routes to explore.
- Friends system, chats, custom races, rankings and content updates.
- OST by Javi Diez from rock act Mago de Oz.
