Treyarch has released another Call of Duty: Black Ops III video guide, this time showing off the Tactical Mode. With a flick of a switch, whether it’s up on the D pad or a mapped key, players can cheat with the classic WallHack mode, except this time it’s a gameplay mechanic.
Entering Tactical Mode, all of the features of the map are highlighted with symbols, while enemies have little skull icons above their heads. Areas with heavy combat will glow red, making it easier to make a beeline to where all the action is. It will also show where snipers are and where the grenades are flying from. Meanwhile, Enhanced Vision mode is basically the old school WallHack: enemies become a red-filled outline, while friendlies are green.
Other Tactical abilities include the Copycat ability and allow the use of enemy weapons (which are normally locked to that player,) The Traversal ability allows players to wall-run and leap further, while the Emergency Reserve is basically a lifesaver that gives players a second chance when they’re taken down.
