Obsidian Entertainment and My.com have announced the dates of the Armored Warfare stress test, the first time that the online tank combat game will be open for everyone to try out.
It will run from September 24-25, and will bring with it a new PVP map, new PVE missions and various other updates that aren’t yet in the closed Beta.
On September 23 the game’s free-to-play client will be available to download from the official website. The stress test marks the final phase before the game heads into open Beta, and is intended to help Obsidian prepare for server strain and high populations.
You won’t be able to buy anything with in-game gold during the test period, but if you took part in the game’s Early Access testing you’ll find that your progress carries over.
