Just Cause 3 is only about a week away from bringing light into our holidays in the form of numerous and gratuitous explosions in its signature style of open-world gameplay. With that in mind, Square Enix and Avalanche posted a video showing off an hour of the game.
Posted on the official Just Cause Youtube channel, the video features an impressive and lengthy look at the beginning of the game. It has all the staples of a good Just Cause game: stylish grappling hook use, impressive stuntman tactics, and, of course, explosions… tons and tons of explosions. Of course, this is a bit of a spoiler for what’s going on the game, watch at your own discretion.
To say this does the series justice is an understatement. All of the staples are on display and looking better than ever. Fans of Just Cause 3 have had a lot of reason to celebrate as the game has developed. Between procedurally generated action and announced 4K capabilities, Avalanche is pulling all the stops to ensure Just Cause 3 is far and above its predecessors.
Just Cause 3 will be coming to PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on December 1st.
