A little over two weeks ago we learned that the Ork’s would be entering Battlefleet Gothic: Armada’s BETA, which was pretty exciting, but Focus Home Interactive has revealed today that it’s going to bring the Eldar race to the Beta next week, before the game’s full launch on 21st April.
Eldar ships will be extremely fast and highly manoeuvrable, packing massive firepower with incredible range. Since the Eldar race’s main weakness lies in their lack of heavy armour and shields, it’s important for players to adopt a hit-and-run approach to assaults, taking enemy targets by surprise, while inflicting maximum damage and then fleeing before the enemy can retaliate.
With the introduction of the Eldar fleet, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada now includes up to four races – the Ork’s brutal manoeuvres, the Chaos’ long-range gameplay and the Imperium’s balanced style.
Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is currently available to pre-order with the Early Adopters Edition, which will also be made available to players who purchase the game two months after the 21st April release date. Early Adopters will receive the Space Marines fleet + one additional fleet for free, as well as access to the beta.
