Mentioned through a very vague Comic-con announcement a few months ago, Konami's once console-only Yu-Gi-Oh title has finally made the jump.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist throws you into the 'Duelist Simulator' allowing players to relive key moments of the series' long history as a TV anime. Too bad it doesn't let you relive the series' far darker manga origins.
Taking a similar stance to the Duels of the Planeswalker series, this new entry in the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise comes in at around £14.99 for the base game while still offering additional campaign and challenge mode duels and additional structure decks through seperate DLC add-ons.
While cunning players managed to run the console version on PC a while back, others waited for a vague reveal.
Aiding the slow PC release is the idea that most of the DLC made available for its console iterations are waiting and ready to go on th PC version. Sure, you might have throw a little extra cash out there, but at least there's less of a waiting game to play. Additional DLC missions come in the form of more key duels from pivotal moments in the series like Duelist Kingdom and GX. It stretches all the way to the 2011 Zexal storyline.
For those who started early on, some of the new systems may be a little daunting. For the others, you're good to go if you like the Pendulum meta!
