One of the problems with the way Steam works is that with so many popular games, there’s almost no way for proper indie games (ones without publishers) to get any time in the spotlight. Fortunately, there are websites to help the little guys out.
ClockWork is a time-bending puzzle-platformer that has you experiencing the story of Alto, a mechanical boy who lives in the great city of Watchtower. Here are some of the features in the game:
• 60+ challenging puzzle-platformer levels through multiple districts of Watchtower
• Unique time-manipulation gameplay mechanic with plenty of tricky puzzles
• Rich and rewarding storytelling
• Hand-drawn, steampunk-inspired aesthetic and smooth animations
• Fantastically realized characters and the world
• Action & Strategy heavy boss battles
Atto isn’t the only character you’ll be playing as in ClockWork. There’s also Milli, a ‘masterpiece of mechanical ingenuity’. Milli is the reason for the time-bending part of ClockWork as she has detailed knowledge of the Watchtower, and of course time itself.
