Origin Access has been a pretty solid deal, including an increasingly wide selection of selection of full games for a reasonable subscription price. Over this summer, that selection’s set to get even bigger.
The cutesy, heartfelt platformer Unravel and the FMV-driven driver Need for Speed lead the charge, having already been added to the service. August 30 will add the surprisingly solid Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 to the list.
The remaining titles don’t yet have dates, but they include some solid selections. The entire Crysis trilogy will be added, as will the indie subway planner, Mini Metro. If you like your city sims to be a bit more old-school, SimCity 2000 (the best SimCity) will also be coming soon. Finally, Bioware’s Far East adventure, Jade Empire, will round out these additions.
This will bring the total Origin Access vault up to 37 titles, which already includes selections like the entire Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Dead Space trilogies, Titanfall, Battlefield 4 and Hardline, as well as other triple-A releases and a handful of indie titles. Origin Access is $4.99 per month.
