A month ago, the first major expansion for Knights of Pen and Paper 2 was announced, called “Here Be Dragons”. Paradox Interactive has revealed that the downloadable content is now available.
Here Be Dragons adds a new story, more monsters and more quests. It also adds an all-new added character class, the Knight, and a new player personality, the Bookworm. Players will also gain access to a new dungeon, crafting recipes, a higher skill cap, and most importantly, dragon fights.
The concept of the Knights of Pen & Paper series is a twist on traditional roleplaying games in that the gamer is taking on the role of a group of pen-and-paper gamers who are engaged in a fantasy roleplaying campaign with a dungeon master narrating the action. Not only do the players have their own player characters, but the roleplayers themselves have different personalities that affect gameplay.
The Here Be Dragons expansion can be purchased directly from Paradox Interactive and Steam.
