If you’re an avid Hearthstone player you may already know about Blizzard’s plans to add another new Hero to their roster via a “special promotion”. This hero, Tyrande Whisperwind, will also be accompanied by a special card back. What you may not know, however, is that data miners have already uncovered her and gotten her working in one version of the client along with all of her emotes and has made her available for everyone to see!
What this “special promotion” will be to unlock Tyrande is still anyone’s guess. While some heroes have been purchasable some have only been accessed via special means and made available only to a select few that have been able to acquire them. However, being purchasable wouldn’t be considered a “special promotion”. So when and how Tyrande will become public is anyone’s guess. For now we will have to make due with what data miners have uncovered.
Watching the video via Hearthpwn’s Youtube Channel allows us to see all of the lines that she will speak during the course of regular play including the initial greeting that she gives when playing against someone that also has Tyrande and a specialized greeting that Tyrande has for anyone that battles her while playing Malfurion. The latter of which would only make sense considering that Tyrande and Malfurion have long been known to be in relationship.
Apart from the regular emotes data miners are reported to have uncovered a special unused emote titled “BRB”. This emote is possibly to indicate if and when players have to step away from their computers. However, if this emote will actually make it into the game at some point is unknown. Other than Tyrande, data miners did manage to find a few other treats including animated card backs and what may be a possible future Tavern Brawl.
