Modder Zulliethewitch has created a mod that allows you to play Dark Souls 3 from the first person perspective. This isn’t the first mod created by Zulliethewitch. She has also created the first person mods for both Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 2.
Surprisingly, the combat looks a lot like something out of the Elder Scrolls series, minus the awkward Rayman arms. The mod works with all weapons, including crossbows, swords and even items like the binoculars. Of course, some of the animations do not sync up perfectly in first person mode, but it works well enough to play the game. We can imagine challenge runners will love the idea of completing Dark Souls 3 from this perspective.
One of the caveats of this mod is that you may risk getting banned by From Software, despite the fact the mod doesn’t edit any game files. If you do use the mod, please proceed with caution.
