Are you tired of looking at the brown and grey colour palette of Fallout 4? There’s a mod for that. Resurrection creates a blanket of green across the desolate landscapes of the Commonwealth, dressing it with grass, leaves and even flowers.
The mod (which is still in beta) is intended to bring a summery feeling to Boston. It incorporates ‘wild jungle ambient sound’ for a more realistic experience and introduces new landscape and building textures. This video exhibits the Resurrection mod along with a number of others including, ‘Photorealistic Commonwealth’ and ‘Grasslands’. For more information on how to achieve the look displayed in the video, check out the description.

So far, three DLC expansions have been released: Automatron, Wasteland Workshop and Far Harbour. Automatron features a new antagonist, known as The Mechanist, who controls an army of evil robots. This DLC requires players to destroy the robots and uncover The Mechanist’s true identity, whilst enabling them to create their own robots. One of the cheaper DLC expansions, Wasteland Workshop moves away from a story-driven expansion and instead focuses on players building traps and capturing enemies. Whereas, Far Harbour literally expands the size of the map, located in an entirely new area. With a number of DLC expansions to enjoy and with an ever-growing list of mods making the game look absolutely beautiful, it’s hard not to want venture out into the wasteland again.
