Already 130+ champions strong, League of Legends will seemingly never cease in its quest for world domination. While Summoner's Rift is about the only map you really ever see, it's alarming to think how many combinations of champions have duked it out on the field over the years. And even though Ivern was released only last month, they're already teasing the next herald to join the fray - Camille.
Shown off in the short 'Severed Ties' comic, Camille is seen moving around with the help of some acrobatic wire talents. Though some might believe only her razor-sharp legs display any sense of her being some form of android, her whole design feels all too similar to the androids of Atlus' Persona series.
Certainly not a legitimate defender of justice, the way in which Camille shows no remorse in killing a criminal in front of his loved ones only helps to cement the mysterious character as a vigilante murder machine.
While the hardcore League lore fanatics try frantically to piece the whole situation together, the rest of us are left wondering when the true reveal of this sleek looking assassin will take place. Though champion release dates tend to land around 2-3 months apart.
Either way, with Ivern releasing at the start of October, we shouldn't be too far away from Camille's true introduction to the League of Legends roster. We'll certainly be hearing more about her very soon.
