Anyone who has played Resident Evil Code: Veronica will remember this classic level: Umbrella’s Antarctic Base. When Umbrella Corps releases this June, players will have the opportunity to go back to the Antarctic Base once more.
The Antarctic Base appears to be a rather large level, spanning across three levels of the fractured facility. In the trailer below you may notice some new weapons being used in this build of Umbrella Corps, which have all been added to the game.
There’s also a new enemy type featured in the trailer, a special Mutated Zombie that can deal huge amounts of damage, absorbing a large amount of damage and are resistant to the pacifying effects of the Zombie Jammer. Another frustrating effect of the Mutated Zombies allow regular zombies to be immune to the Zombie Jammer if they are close to it. You will need to be prepared to take these guys down.
Umbrella Corps will launch June 21st on PC and PS4 for $29.99.
