Project Highrise is a lovely skyscraper simulator that allows you to design unique buildings in almost whatever shape you like. The key is keep your residents happy and your buildings clean and well maintained. If you don’t, you won’t receive rent and residents will take their money elsewhere.
The latest update for Project Highrise is entirely free and will include more features to keep your citizens happy, like the Pay Phone, Shoe Shine stations, Common areas, Custodial supply rooms, and Vending machines. Vending machines allow breaks for employees, and keep them fed as well. Pay phones provide a line to the outside and much needed privacy to speak with loved ones. The phone booths require soundproofing, so they will aid in your endeavor to keep things quiet in your building.
Shoe shine stations are more opportunities for breaks from the usual hum drum of life, as are Common areas. Common areas will also help reduce noise. Custodial supply rooms will keep your buildings clean and well-kept. The bigger your building, the more supply rooms you will be able to unlock and place up to three broom closets within. The more broom closets, the shinier your building will be and the happier your residents.
