With NCSoft's F2P MOBA Master X Master finally in the hands of the public, the game's official channels are starting to buckle down on some hero spotlights to help new players pick up the game's varied characters and roles.
They've been doing this for a while already - even before the game's release - but there's still a lot of ground to cover. And any MOBA player will undoubtedly know, the core appeal of these games is buried deep in their vast rosters. While MxM might not be climbing over 200 like the more established League of Legends, it follows a more Heroes of the Storm approach by pulling characters from other NCSoft franchises.
For the latest character spotlight trailer, they've handed the baton over to Ghost Widow - a 'nuker' class character typically seen in the ill-fated MMO City of Villains.Though this may insinuate Ghost Widow's goal to be that of a heavy-hitting damage type, her moveset could arguably be used as something of a long-range crowd control character if the rest of the team plays in favor of that strategy.

Being a bit of a glass cannon, she doesn't rank particularly high in any given stat - not enough to max one out, anyway. While her ultimate skill may dish out the pain to a single target, it's a channelled spell that can be easily interrupted in a team fight. Due to her low Survivability stat, it seems wise to use her as a typical 'assassin' in 1v1 situations while having use her long-range Fearsome Stare, Trebulous Tentacles and Etheral Images to disrupt the enemy team from a distance in larger skirmishes.
