If you're partial to a good couch co-op game on the weekend with a bunch of friends and a couple of beers, you might be looking for the next big thing. We can't say how big a particular title will be, but Brawlout wants to bring the entertainment in a few weeks time.
Angry Mob Games chose today to announce their competitive animated fighter for a wide release on April 20.
Brawlout is expected to launch with 6 characters and four-player brawls both on and offline. Ranked tournaments will be a major feature available at launch with a extensive single-player campaign that's likely to offer tide-turning practice for whoever owns the title to dish out the hurt to those joining in on some couch co-op fun.

Blending the mechanics of both classic and newer fighters into a single multiplayer package, Angry Mob Games' CEO said "We've heard what players miss from classic fighters and what they love about new ones, and Brawlout is designed to give people the best of both worlds" Using the opportunity to announce its newest fighter - Volt - the electric character debuted with a new trailer.
Brawlout releases on April 20 into Early Access with Angry Mod Games making no mention of what is possibly in-store for the title further down the release road.
