A new vehicle is coming to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and it's the Aquarail jet ski. A picture of the jet ski boat vehicle was previously datamined, but now developer Bluehole has shown what it looks like in-game with the screenshot above. Further details below.

Bluehole and the PUBG development team took to Twitter to reveal the Aquarail jet ski this morning:

The jet ski appears to be a two-person vehicle and is coming to both of the game's maps, which of course are the standard map of Erangel and the new Desert Map coming this month called Miramar. This adds to the very few number of water vehicles in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, the only other one we believe is the PG-117 Speedboat which we cannot recall ever actually seeing anyone use in the game. Hopefully the Aquarail will see more action.
Of course the Aquarail will not come as a surprise to dataminers, who managed to pull this picture of the jet ski from datamining PUBG:
Most of the comments center on wondering why Bluehole are putting a giant wooden shoe in the game, but obviously the developer are smarter than we gave them credit for.
No idea yet on when the Aquarail jet ski will be added to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, but we suspect it will be this month.
