Since departing Konami, Hideo Kojima has been hard at work on Death Stranding. A game that, despite having two 'trailers' out already, nobody can explain.
Furthering his efforts to remain the enigma of the video game industry - but not quite the eccentric that is Yoko Taro - Kojima has, maybe, teased new information of his next game's plot through a few photos of LEGO.

While not technically LEGO, the famed designer has been messing around with some tiny figures to create two shots that could be considered storyboards for his mysterious Death Stranding work in progress. Assuring his loyal followers that what he's presenting is in fact part of his job, the photos depict recognisable stars like Mads Mikkelsen and Kojima himself.
With the two buddying up on the project in recent months in a similar fashion to how Kojima pulled in Norman Reedus and Guillermo del Toro after being massive fans of their work, the images seem to show Mads' character being in possession of the baby Reedus' character held onto while standing butt-naked in the game's debut cinematic. Adding to that, we can see a figure resembling Kojima hanging out of a toppled over Yellow Submarine complete with The Beatles while an unknown character stands over him.
It's highly likely that most of the game's cast and crew have little idea about what Kojima is planning for this one. With Metal Gear Solid making little sense and P.T. being shelved before being anything more than a demo, he's looking for the next opportunity to confuse and bewilder. You're doing well, Kojima.
