In advance of Total War: Warhammer 2 the last major piece of DLC for the first game has dropped this week: the Norsca DLC for Total War: Warhammer! You can get it for £7.99/$8.99 or free if you've pre-ordered the upcoming sequel, but we're streaming the Norsca DLC at 21:00 BST/ 13:00 PT / 16:00 ET today so if you're on the fence about buying it let us check it out for you first!

Here's everything we know about Total War: Warhammer 2!

The Norsca are a race from the North of the Old World in Warhammer, wild folk from the Shadowlands. They're fanatics, servants of the Dark Gods, and the gods bless them for erecting statues and idols in their name. They specialize in ruin, pillaging, and storming into battle. They're a combat-focused side with giant monsters that can be hunted so they appear on your side, so should be a right laugh to play. They're a cross between Vikings and the Men of the East with those giant Oliphaunts in Lord of the Rings basically. We love everything about that sentence.

We'll be streaming the first hour of the Norsca campaign for Total War: Warhammer, which by current reckoning will probably equate to 20 minutes gameplay and 40 minutes of loading times. We'll see if we can cut those out in the YouTube version, which we'll post here later.
