Tree of Life, a sandbox MMORPG survival game, is holding a Winter Festival this month. With new event items and features, the event celebrates Christmas and decorates characters and towns with the seasonal theme.
The Festival brings Winter Tree skins, new exclusive mounts, and Christmas decorations, alongside an update that aims to improve the experience.
One interesting improvement is the the very novel Chat Google Translate Integration currently in beta, which automatically translates languages in an effort to help players communicate with each other from all over the world. That sounds very Star Trek-y, with its Universal Translator and all that, and I'm curious to see if it will appear in other titles.
Tree of Life is out now on Steam, and it allows you to build your town anywhere while exploring massive and mysterious lands -- all while being anything from a warrior to a cook (or both). Check it out if it strikes your fancy.
