Looking to further the emotional effects of games like The Last Guardian, Titanfall 2 and Brothers, Maximum Games' Troll And I unveils an all-new story trailer.
Set to release the busy launch month of March, Troll And I pens itself as a tale of survival set deep in the Scandinavian countryside. Still feeling the harsh effects of World War II, the greed of man to pick themselves up to make a quick buck or show off their findings to the world will stop at nothing to capture a mythical beast that accidentally made itself known.
When Otto and his family moved to the mountains, they were looking for a fresh start. A way to avoid the stresses of living in the country's decimated urban environments. But with the tranquillity seemingly disallowed, Otto and Troll learn to play off each other's strengths and weaknesses to fend off the hunters looking to make a quick buck through the capture of the gentle giant.
Verdun Introduces The Brave Highlander Allies As A Free Update
Understandably devastated by the efforts of the hunters to raze their new-found home and the habitat of this mythical beast, Otto and Troll fight back to protect themselves, each other and their home. But with the ancient mountains being disturbed by the conflict, Troll won't be the only legend reintroducing itself into society.
Making rare use of split-screen Co-operative play, players of Troll and I will need to fully understand the powers of both Troll and Otto to fend off the advancing poachers and solve the riddles of the Scandinavian wilderness. Releasing through North America come March 21 or March 24 for Europe, Steam pre-orders will have to wait.
