Closing in on the weekend means it about time we start looking for things to fill that time that isn't just more work. The Exiled wants to fill that gap.
Launching into Early Access last month The Exiled was voted 'Best Indie MMO' at last year's Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany. An accolade it now presents on its Steam page in the hopes of enticing players into its killing fields.
Billed as a loot-heavy PvP brawler, it's more commonly described as a fast-paced PvP title. Handled by a group known as Fairytale Distillery, even the Forsaken Valley present in the game makes use of the group's mature-fantasy branding. It's a place of brutality and savage attacks on your life and possessions - unless you're willing to form a group with your follow man and dish out the hurt to those unwilling to join your side.

With each 'world' coming to a close each month, it's time to begin the new season. Bringing with it several updates to the Party and Diplomacy systems, there's more than just a reset on the worlds going on here. Likewise, while locked behind the purchase of a 'Supporter Pack', potential players can take part in The Exiled for 7-days with a trial now up on Steam.
You can read the full patch notes over here or click through to the Steam page to get a better look at the title and - interest permitting - give its new trial period a shot through the Store page.
