NieR: Automata has plenty of side-quests to keep you entertained during its somewhat fast-paced Main Missions. Ranging from simple fetch n' carry quests to escorts and bizarre brawls with a robotic monk who asks for payment each time you whoop him sideways, one of more troublesome ones has got to be 'YoRHa Betrayers' - so we're going to shed some light on that one.
If you've played even the first 10 minutes of NieR: Automata, you're probably well aware of YoRHa. It's the group you belong to. Android typically sent to Earth as a sort of task-force built to cull the Machine threat down below. So when you're given the quest through the in-game mailbox, you more or less know what you're getting into.
Arriving in your inbox around the time you've shut down the Goliath wandering around the open-world City Ruins and located the 'Flooded City Ruins' section, you'll receive notification of this quest arriving in the mail. Go back to the nearest Terminal to open the mail and start the quest.

From here, you'll be tasked with tracking down the rogue menaces without any real explanation as to why they've gone AWOL. Units 8B, 22B and 64B have apparently been terrorizing the Resistance Camp - but there's no knowledge of that back there. Orders are orders, however; so it's time to make and break some new friends.
Upon receiving the quest, you'll notice multiple highlighted spots on your map pertaining to potential locations of the missing Androids. While they may not be at one, it's up to you to stroll around and find which they're holding up at. Once they're in view, you'll have to square off against your fellow man until they retreat.
More spots will now be on the map for you to check out. You'll be looking for the same 22B and 64B units you just faced off against with 8B joining in once you've put a stop to the double-digit duo. Once they're all beaten within an inch of their life, it's time to head back to the Resistance Camp for your reward.
It's a this point the quest line will wrap up with more questions than answers. NieR: Automata being a game of multiple playthroughs means they're usually more going on than you'll know for the most part. Maybe it'll stretch into further playthoughs - maybe it won't. You'll have to press on to find out.

Notes: While the quest is fairly straight-forward for the most part, some players will find it difficult to locate the Androids at their given location. If they're definitely not at one, move onto the next - but be mindful that the map system of NieR: Automata means they could be above, below on on the ground level. Will so much debris and scalable buildings, make sure you'll looking along every axis before giving up hope.
Others have suggested or found that completing the quest 'The Forest Kindgom' seems to trigger the Androids properly showing up at certain locations - but others haven't had to use this method.
For the most part, don't be too concerned about the difficulty of this quest. It's designed to be completed on the first run, so neither fight should prove too difficult by the time the quest appears in your mailbox.
