The Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Ratae Bureau is, perhaps, the easiest one to access. Head to Ledecestre's northeastern corner and look for the Assassin's Creed logo on a portion of the ground covered in stone.
The Armor marker there can make your search easier. You can use your raven to spot a pile of hanging stones. Shoot it down using your bow, then drop down through the newly made hole.
The game will inform you that you've found the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Ratae Bureau. Inside, you'll find a note, a codex page, as well as the Hidden Ones' Gloves.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Eboracum Bureau Location, Hidden Ones' Robes, Codex Page
Finding the AC Valhalla Hidden Ones Eboracum Bureau location requires a trip to Jorvik. Southeast of the Jorvik Theatre, you'll find a small cemetery with a conspicuous portion of breakable floor.
Make good use of your bow to open the way, drop down and swim along the path. Squeeze through the crack in the wall once you emerge from the water.
Use the poles and hanging platforms to go towards the right while staying above the water. You'll arrive at a spot with a red rug that's seemingly a dead end.
That's not the case, as you can interact with the object just in front of you that's blocking the way. Crouch through the small hole, jump to the other side, take a left, squeeze through another hole, then take a right.
Go through the door, past the tables, make a left and climb the wall. Pick up the Crypt Door Key, drop down, and open the door right next to you.
Loot the AC Valhalla Hidden Ones' Robes from the chest and grab the key from the table next to it. In the same room, you'll find a note and a Codex page.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Londinium Bureau Location, Key, Hidden Ones' Mask, Codex Page
The Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Londinium Bureau location can be found in the northeastern corner of Lunden, near the city's outskirts.
You'll know you've found it when you spot columns with a strange, tall circular wooden wall nearby. Scale it and perform a leap of faith into the water.
Swim towards the right and break the wooden door. Follow the path and jump on the hanging wooden platform. Hop onto the nearby ledge and blow up the explosive oil containers to open up a path into the room.
Circle around to the right, then go through the opening made by the explosion. Loot the Hidden Ones' Mask from the chest, grab the Codex page and look around for additional items before you leave.
To exit the room, pick up the Londinium Bureau key from between parchments on a nearby table and use to unlock the door. Odin's Sight makes spotting it and everything else in the room very easy.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Camulodunum Bureau Location, Hidden Ones' Hood, Codex Page
For the AC Valhalla Hidden Ones' Camulodunum Bureau location, you'll want to head to Colcestre in the Essexe region.
Towards the south and southwest from the Ealdorman's house, you'll spot a tree that hangs above the Assassin's Creed logo.
Grab an oil pot from nearby, climb the tree, and walk on its right branch until you reach the wooden platform. Drop the pot on the breakable floor below and go through the opening.
Follow the path down until you reach a smooth slope that Eivor cannot climb. Scale the wall on the right side, then keep heading right until you reach a wooden platform. Go up.
Move forward, pull the object blocking the way, make a left and you should see a black banner with the Assassin's logo. Go right and cross the water. The door in front will be locked.
Scale the left wall, drop down, ignore the other locked door and step into the water, where you'll find the key. Return to the door and open it.
Move forward, then shoot the locked door through the grates on the right to open it. Return to the first locked door near the water, then scale the right wall past the Assassin's banner.
Follow the path, go through the door, loot the Hidden Ones' Hood, Codex page, and everything else in the room.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Temple of Ceres Bureau Location, Hidden Ones' Leggings, Codex Page
The Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Temple of Ceres Bureau location is found in southwestern Glowcestrescire, west of the Forest of Denu.
The Assassin's Creed logo on a stone portion of the ground points towards an entrance guarded by two large statues. Use it, then go down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, take a sharp right, break the items on the ground, then crawl through the small hole. Head forward, make a left.
Get rid of the gas with a ranged attack, go through the door, get rid of the gas again, break the weak portion of floor on the right side, then drop down.
Clear the gas again, go through the door. Make a right, then a left, pick up an oil jar, go up the stairs, left, and through the small doorway. Use the jar to blow up the breakable wall.
Head inside, grab the AC Valhalla Hidden Ones' Leggings, Codex page and everything else in the room.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Belgarum Location, Hidden Ones' Weapon, Codex Page
For the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Hidden Ones' Belgarum location, you'll want to head to Wincestre in the Hamtunscire region.
The entrance can be found towards the west, in a garden with several statues. Perform a leap of faith into the nearby hole in the ground.
Swim down and go through the only broken grate. Take a left, swim up, move the object blocking the door. Head back out to the area where you first dropped down into the well.
On the opposite side, you'll find oil jars. Pick one up and head back through the door. Take a left, then throw the jar at the breakable wall below.
Go through the hole and loot the final Codex page alongside the Hidden Ones' Weapon, a dagger called Suttungr's Claw.
