Where can you find the yellow longboat in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla? How far from Grantebridge is it and how well is its location hidden?
The AC Valhalla yellow longboat is part of the Grantebridgescire main quest chain, acting as a clue during Eivor’s investigation to discover the traitor in Soma’s inner circle. Spoilers follow below.
If you progress through the quest as intended, Soma will eventually mention that you should investigate the tunnels which the Anglo-Saxons used to attack Grantebridge.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Yellow Longboat Location
They were known only to her and her inner circle, so the clues there could help discover the traitor.
Doing so and following the clues is the first step toward reaching the AC Valhalla yellow boat location. Soon enough, you’ll discover that yellow paint was used to guide the enemy troops toward the tunnels.
You can follow the trail but it eventually cuts off when near water. That’s when you’ll need to set off and find the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla yellow boat.
For clarity’s sake, you’re looking for a longship with only its front painted yellow. But, as you’ll learn once you find it, that proved good enough for the traitor’s plans.
Leave Grantebridge in your trusty longboat and follow the Great Ouse River until after you pass Utbech. The river will then split. Take the right path, sail a bit, and take a left.
As you pass between the two islands, you’ll find the AC Valhalla yellow boat on the right one, near an enemy camp.
Dispatch them as you see fit, then use Odin Sight (Valhalla’s version of Eagle Vision) to reconstruct a scene and find clues that tell you more about the traitor’s identity.
If you’d rather skip all the investigation and just learn who Soma’s traitor is right away, our guide on the Stench of Treachery quest covers just that.
