DragonBall Project Z is the upcoming high-profile action RPG set in the universe of - obviously - DragonBall Z which we've written about just last week! According to Bandai Namco, information about this ARPG will be coming on 25th and 26th of January, but some of it is already out.
Bandai Namco have tweeted out a 3D render of the Project Z renditions of Goku and Gohan, and it takes a fair bit of looking before you notice that it's not, in fact, just a high-detail drawing.
DragonBall Project Z Goku and Gohan were shared just earlier today by the Japanese official Twitter account dedicated to official DragonBall titles, and if the render is any indication of what Project Z will look like in practice, we're in for quite a visual treat.
According to sources, the quote that goes with the render is following: "The next Dragon Ball game… is an Action RPG set in the universe of “Z”!! The world of Dragon Ball, as nostalgic as ever, depicted in a way you’ve never seen before! Stay tuned for Project Z related news coming soon! There might be an announcement during the Dragon Ball FighterZ world tournament on January 26 and 27?!?"
In essence, the tweet pretty much confirms what we've known before, but it's good to hear that things are going according to plan for Bandai Namco! Stay tuned for more news on Project Z as it unravels.
