Publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer Luminous today revealed that multiplayer RTS Circle Empires Rivals now has a release date.
Players will be able to war over Circle Empires Rivals’ round territories in less than two weeks, the title launching on PC, via Steam, on April 15.
Circle Empires Rivals Release Date
Circle Empires Rivals is a standalone multiplayer sequel to 2018’s Circle Empires that aims to translate the fast-paced RTS action of its predecessor into a multiplayer context. Here is a breakdown of expected features, as per an e-mailed press release:
- Fast-paced RTS action.
- Play alone or with friends in a variety of online game modes, including competitive and co-op!
- The world is made of circles, each with different loot and enemies
- Hundreds of different creatures, buildings and harvestable resources
- Units gain XP and level up
- Six game modes including: Roguelike, King Hunt and Stop the Army
- 10 new biomes with different bonuses and mechanics
- 25+ different faction leaders and 40 huntable boss monsters
- Procedurally generated worlds containing unique flora and fauna
- Huge range of difficulty options for any skill level
