Darksiders III is coming before the end of the year, and THQ Nordic's hype engines are working full throttle by now. The latest bit of information we've got on the upcoming action-adventure concerns its post-launch DLC content.
Namely, developers currently intend for Darksiders III to get two sizeable DLCs after launch - one to add a sort of a survival mode for Fury to fight her way out of, while the other will send her on a wild goose chase at the end of which she'll get a fancy new set of armour.
The Crucible is going to be Darksider III's arena mode, where Fury will have to prove her skill by fighting off an endless onslaught of enemy forces, complete challenges, and have fun kicking all sorts of butts. Completing said challenges will net players additional items to use as they see fit.
Keepers of the Void, on the other hand, is going to have Fury chase down the leads to some sort of ancient threat in the Serpent Holes area, navigating her way through a veritable gauntlet of puzzles and enemies. Aside from all sorts of equipment she finds on her way, Fury will also get the Abyssal Armour as a reward for completing this side quest.
Darksiders III is currently slated to launch on 27th of November, though there hasn't been any word on when these DLCs will make their way to the market.
