Dauntless Galactic Shard
In order to get yourself one galactic shard or more, you’re going to have to go after the heroic version of Dauntless’ Valomyr Behemoth. The monster is found in the Maelstrom region.
Being an epic rarity drop, the galactic shard will likely require multiple Valomyr encounters. You can increase your chances of getting it by not allowing yourself to be downed by the Behemoth. Given how we’re talking heroic difficulty, you’re going to have to get very familiar with its attack patterns.
Dauntless Valomyr is attuned to the radiant element. When chasing those galactic shards be sure to equip an umbral-infused weapon.
