Blizzard has continued to provide more updates over the night and is continuing to look into the issue, and now Sony is looking into the issue as well. There’s no word about Xbox users, who also are reporting issues.

The “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo 4” error code is possibly linked to the issue mentioned above. It could be due to servers that haven’t been activated in your region, making it impossible to validate the files by establishing a connection with the servers responsible for validating them. This issue will most likely be resolved once the servers are up and running. You don’t need to purchase a license or another copy of the game, it’s just something that may take a little bit of time to resolve. There are some people that claim to purchase in-game coins or a cheap cosmetic item that has forced the validation to go through, but we can’t verify this on our end.
