It didn’t take long for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot to receive its first few mods and, while several of them focused on character skins, the Battle Hud Cleaner mod targets on tidying up the UI.
Much like those in the anime, fights in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot can become overwhelming as lightning-fast punches, kicks and energy attacks take over the screen. When you add damage numbers and various text items to the mix, that can prove a bit much to handle.

Luckily, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s Battle Hud Cleaner mod provides a handy solution to those issues, letting you get rid of certain elements that pop up on your screen.
These include the damage numbers mentioned above, but also “Critical”, “Start”, “Finish” or “Super Finish” text, the target crosshair, combo counter and more.
The Battle Hud Cleaner mod lets you choose which elements you want to disable, making it possible to customize Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s heads-up display just enough to allow you to be immersed in its word.
