Fallout 76’s post-launch journey isn’t over quite yet. As we enter the second half of 2023, Appalachia has more post-apocalyptic shenanigans, new experiences, and rewards in store for us, which we’ll get to uncover between Season 13’s start and end dates.
As with its prior counterparts, Fallout 76’s Season 13 release date should introduce a new scoreboard with a unique theme through which we can progress and earn more goodies. It is also accompanied by the Once in a Blue Moon update, which introduces new content and tweaks.
Fallout 76 Season 13 Release Date
Having no official announcement from Bethesda at first, we could initially look at past Fallout 76 seasons to approximate when its thirteenth might launch.
Some have concluded after 10 weeks, with Season 3 and 12 being extended to 19 and 16 weeks, respectively. When Season 5 went live, it also shifted some things around, starting on a Wednesday and ending after 11 weeks.
As you can tell, the exact duration of new seasons can vary but they continue to start on the same day as old ones end.
Since the twelfth season kicked off in late February 2023, we expected the Fallout 76 Season 13 start date to occur at some point in early June 2023.
During the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, the date was narrowed down to June 20.

Fallout 76’s Season 13 rewards include Atoms, various consumable items, alongside a host of new C.A.M.P. items, such as the director’s chair and studio camera, that enable you to create your own movie set.
New Stuntman armor paints and new ally Joey Bello, who the developer describes as “a brash, wise-cracking stand-up comedian hailing from Atlantic City,” also count among the rewards you can obtain by progressing through the Season 13 scoreboard.
