Far Cry New Dawn has got, much like any other modern Far Cry game since 3, a number of animals for players to hunt, skin, and mould into various in-game equipment. One of the animals that might be giving you trouble in New Dawn is the mutated hare creature.
Far Cry New Dawn Hare isn't the most exciting animal in the game, granted, and it's not even mutated all that much (if at all), but it is fast and lanky, making it a potentially difficult creature to hunt down.
How to Hunt the Hare in Far Cry New Dawn?
Deceptively tricky, the Hare is a rank 1 animal in New Dawn, and though chances are that you've come across a fair few in your time with the game, it is entirely possible that you simply cannot find any now that you're actually looking for the bastards.
In that case, go west from the Chop Shop Outpost, slightly to the south from the Broken Forge Outpost. Hares tend to spawn here en masse, allowing you to mow down a number of them with extreme prejudice, if you need (or wish) to.
We recommend using a fast-firing weapon with a large magazine size - something along the lines of MG42, perhaps, while Timber the Dog is going to come in handy as a companion, due to his ability to tag living creatures in your immediate surroundings.
