For Honor, Ubisoft’s multiplayer melee brawler, has officially started its referral program. Currently available only on PC, it runs between September 10 and November 13.
The referral program essentially lets players invite their friends to try out For Honor at a discount and earn rewards if specific conditions are met. But how does it work? We’ve got answers.
For Honor Referral Program
In order to be eligible to participate you need to own a copy of For Honor as long as you plan on inviting people. If you plan on being invited, the opposite is true. Three simple steps are required to invite friends to try out For Honor via its referral system:
- Log in on the referral website.
- Select the friends you wish to invite from the list on the right-hand side.
- Click Invite.
Once invited, your friends can log into the referral website where they will find a discount code. The code is applicable to a full purchase of For Honor from the Ubisoft Store.
You can invite as many friends as you’re able through the For Honor referral program. It’s worth keeping in mind that each person can only be invited once using the program.
Depending on the number of friends invited, you can earn up to five For Honor referral program rewards. They are as follows:
- Reward 1: 5 XP Boosts + 2x scavenger crates
- Reward 2: 5x Scavenger crates
- Reward 3: 5,000 Steel
- Reward 4: 10,000 Steel
- Reward 5: 30 days champion status
You’ll earn rewards if you’ve invited at least one friend to try out the game, they’ve actually bought a full copy of For Honor and played for at least 2 hours. The rewards will be automatically added to your inventory within 24 hours. You’ll also receive a confirmation e-mail.
