Elite: Dangerous and Jurassic World: Evolution developer Frontier Developments has announced the signing of a multi-year deal with Formula 1.
The deal gives Frontier Developments the rights to develop and publish four Formula 1 management games.

The titles are confirmed to be multiplatform and will be released worldwide, on an annual basis, starting with the 2022 Formula 1 season.
This means that Frontier Developments will release Formula 1 management games through to 2025, “subject to the achievement of certain financial performance thresholds”.
While Formula 1 might not be a perfect fit in terms of subject matter between Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster and Jurassic World: Evolution, Frontier has a strong track record when it comes to management titles.
Frontier’s publishing label has also signed two more deals, bringing the total up to five. The report, however, didn’t provide any further details on who it is collaborating with.
Tropico and Surviving Mars developer Haemimont Games was the first developer to sign a publishing partnership with Frontier’s publishing label back in June 2019.
