Galactic Civilizations 4: Supernova boasts a revamped planetary invasion system, reimagined combat, and launches in early access with ChatGPT integration.
Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova Early Access
Players can enter a brief description for a new civilization, allowing the AI to “generate the entire civilization background, lore, diplomatic outlook and reactions from other civilizations,” according to the publisher.
Similarly, AI “trained on decades of Stardock’s alien art” can also be used to “deliver custom graphics” for your faction.
Cultural progression, galactic sectors, and alien civilizations we’ve yet to meet, also count among the new features available in Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova.
Players can expand their empire’s influence across a multi-sector map, engaging in multi-turn battles and planetary sieges using new weapon designs and starship classes.
The latest entry in the series was previously available as an Epic Games Store exclusive, but Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova enters early access as a standalone title.
If you’re a new player, you can pick it up for the price of $39.99 or your regional equivalent. Existing owners on the EGS can upgrade to Supernova “at a steep discount.” Get a look at its gameplay in the trailer below.
